Øyvind Sætren  (33)

Oyvind lives in Oslo and currently works in the financial business. He speaks Russian and will be a central person as an interpreter and a handyman. He picked up the language during his one year stay in Russia 2006 – 07, when he has travelled around from St. Petersburg to Irkutsk, and he has kept on studying it in the Norwegian University. He is fascinated by Russia and looks forward to learn more about the Russian people and culture in these little known places, and meet the different challenges the expedition will encounter with an optimistic and positive mind. Oyvinds’ motto is: “Everything will be OK!”.
