We will fly with one of the most reliable airlines in the world: Aeroflot. They will transport us, our bikes and equipment to Irkutsk.

There we will buy a van to be used as a service car, and also the necessary food and spare parts we might need along our way. Following this enormous deep lake (containing 20% of all the fresh water in the world!) we will experience, film and interview the local Buryat people, live with them, eat with them and record the unique wildlife in and around the lake. Most of the animals living in this region are only found here.

After travelling 900 kilometres we have passed the lake, and we head for the mountains and the vast permafrost plains beyond them.
